Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 5 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping carrier: We typically ship via USPS and do not ship on U.S. holidays or Sundays.

Shipping times: Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 14 business days.

If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and purchased through our website. If you purchased your game through a 3rd party, you'll have to return your game through them.

To start a return, contact us at becky@rainbowrabbits.com. Please note that returns will need to be shipped to us.

If your game is missing a piece or came damaged also reach out to us at becky@rainbowrabbits.com, and we'll get that sorted for you.
