SET UP

  1. Place all of the tiles clover side up in the center play space to create a clover patch.

    • 2-Players: Use 3 rainbow sets (21 tiles)

    • 3-4 Players: Use all 4 rainbow sets (28 tiles)

  2. Randomly flip over 4 tiles to their color side.

  3. Players then take turns adding their player tile to the clover patch.

ON YOUR TURN

On your turn you always get to perform 2 actions. Note: you may perform each of the following actions once OR perform the same action twice.

  1. Flip a tile to it’s color side

  2. Slide any flipped tile to a new position.

FLIP RULES

  • You may only flip a tile that is along the outer rim of the clover patch. (A tile is on the outer rim if at least one of its edges is not touching another tile.)

  • You may not flip a tile back to the clover side. (Once it has been flipped, it stays that way.)

SLIDE RULES

  • You may slide any tile that is color-side up.

  • You may slide a tile as many spaces as you wish.

  • You may slide a tile if it has at least two open edges (not touching another tile), and its movement does not push, lift, or disturb any other tiles.

  • You may slide your player tile to a new position but never slide your opponent’s player under any circumstances.

  • You may not slide a tile that would break the clover patch into 2 or more groups.

  • If the player before you slid a tile, you may not slide that same tile on your turn (in other words, “no takesies backsies”)

ENDING THE GAME

The game ends when a player creates a rainbow—from red to violet—connected to their player tile. This player is the winner!

FAQS

  • If 2 player tiles are connected to the completed rainbow, the winner is the player who completed the rainbow.

  • Your player tile can be touching ANY color in the rainbow to win, it does not need to be touching red or violet.

  • You can move your player tile next to another player’s tile.

  • Your player tile does not need to remain along the outer rim. You may slide tiles to surround any player tile.

ADVANCED

For added challenge, try these alternate rules:

  • To win, your player tile must be next to a red tile in a completed rainbow.

  • When sliding a tile, you may only move up to 3 spaces at a time.

SOLO MODE

OBJECTIVE

Create a rainbow from red to violet connected to your player tile BEFORE all of the tiles are flipped to their color side.

SETUP

Create a clover patch with 2 complete rainbows (14 tiles) and place your player tile anywhere around the outside of your clover patch. â€‹â€‹

GAMEPLAY

The game plays by repeating these two steps until the end condition is reached.

  1. Flip a tile to it's color side OR slide a tile to a new position (original game rules apply).

  2. Skip/jump your player tile in a straight line to a new position.

    • You may not skip or jump your player tile to it's previous position. If you cannot skip or jump to a new position, the game ends.

    • You may not skip over a blank space.

GAME END

The game ends when you complete a rainbow BEFORE all of the tiles are flipped over OR you are not able to skip/jump your player tile.
