Wordoku Puzzle: Cozy Edition
I keep seeing people post their morning #brainstack routines in my feed and as I am always a bit extra, I decided instead of solving puzzles during my morning coffee, I would make one you instead! So, grab a hot drink and a pencil, here is a free printable is a wordoku puzzle, cozy edition:
If you are new to wordoku, it plays exactly like sudoku, except the numbers are swapped for nine letters. In this puzzle the letters are:
A, C, E, G, M, O, S, Y, Z
And of course, there is a bonus. The 5th row of the finished grid (highlighted in yellow) spells out a hidden phrase. Solve the puzzle (no peeking at the answer key) and see if you can guess it before the last letter drops in.
How to play
The puzzle uses these nine letters: A, C, E, G, M, O, S, Y, Z.
Each row contains every letter exactly once.
Each column contains every letter exactly once.
Each 3x3 box contains every letter exactly once.
That's it. There's exactly one solution, and you can reach it by logic alone, no guessing required. With 38 letters already filled in, it's a gentle, low-stress solve: perfect for a slow morning or a quiet break between game sessions.
